Kim Se-jeong has confirmed her appearance in SBS' new drama "Today's Webtoon" (playwright Cho Ye-rang, Lee Jae-eun, director Cho Soo-won and Kim Young-hwan), which is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
"Today's Webtoon" tells the story of Onmaem, a former judo player, who is injured and gives up the exercise she has been doing all her life, gets a job in the webtoon editing department, and struggles to grow into a true webtoon editor.It is a remake of Japan's original "Let's Shoot the Middle!" which had previously been a huge hit.
Kim Se-jeong plays the heroine Onmaeum.Onmaeum is a new employee who got a job in the editorial department of webtoons through high competition rates, and is an office worker who lives as an icon of positivity against adversity.Kim Se-jeong will portray the struggles of a new employee who started her first career in society with realistic acting.
Meanwhile, Kim is currently playing Shin Ha-ri on SBS's "In-Person Meeting."
